After an incredible three-decade hiatus, I recently returned to the charming embrace of Whanganui, rekindling my connection with family and reclaiming it as my cherished home. I have fallen in love with the tranquil rhythms of life in Whanganui. You’ll frequently spot me walking my fur baby Scruff or passionately pursuing that perfect shot as an avid photographer and member of the Whanganui Camera Club in my free time.

My professional background is rooted in regulatory enforcement, having served in various roles within both local and central government, including the Tenancy Compliance and Investigations Team at MBIE. These experiences have provided me with a thorough understanding of tenancy and building legislation and regulations, which I have been proud to apply and expand upon during my time in property management with Landlords Link.

The best part of my job is working with a great team within a supportive organization. I am currently working towards my Level 4 Property Management Certificate, and I also hold qualifications in NZ Regulatory Compliance (Core Knowledge) Level 3 and NZ Regulatory Compliance (Operational Knowledge) Level 4.  After one year in property management, I am eager to apply my skills and continue growing in this dynamic field.
